If you chose to use this business, make certain you do not pay the full amount until they have completed the job and that you are able to be onsite to manage. This business owner is unable to follow a simple floorplan, does not take responsibility for mistakes and is unable to understand the concept of customer service. -Contractor delayed project. -In the process of rough plumbing ran over concrete forms and made no attempt to re-measure or re-level resulting in an extra day of work for concrete contractor to fix. -Was rude in requesting payment after delay. -Did the job incorrectly and was unable to follow a basic design. -Employee was rude and disrespectful to me and to my brother-in-law. A person of color and a building contractor. -Business owner made no attempt to correct mistakes and would not return communications after we stated our disproval of the poor workmanship.
