3/22/24.Definitely will be bck !!! It was my first time getting a pedicure! They made me felt welcome n definitely took great care of me !! My feet look n feel great ! Thnks celine n G ! Today 3/27/24 I came bck n Celine n G did there thang with my own natural nails !!!

Okay this is my 4th time coming here. Ive had issues every time with premature nail breakage. Still I decided to give them another shot because they really are so kind here and I just figured Id try out all the nail techs. I now see thats an act. I basically just got scammed. I clearly stated I wanted what I got last time (at this very same location) to the nail tech right when I walked in & again when I sat down. I showed them my current nails for reference! They said ok np we can do it again. my nails were almost done, then and only then was I informed that the chrome top layer I wanted again I could not get because apparently only the nail tech that did my nails last time owned that product. I was soooo confused because why didnt you tell me that to begin with BEFORE we started. Also why isnt all supply available to all techs working at the location. I dont go to an individual/ standalone tech for a reason. They typically dont have the selection that full salons have. Im livid. They tried to convince me this was normal. No it is not! This is a salon all nail techs should have access to the same product. Ridiculous! Had he told me the truth upfront I would have gone else where because I wanted this look for an outfit Im wearing tomorrow. Now I have basic nails! Do not come here! I only tipped because the lady who did my husbands feet had not had anything to do with it and I did not want to penalize her when she did nothing wrong. I will NEVER return & I will tell every single person that even so much as speaks the word nails around me about your scammy practices.
