Today is the first time I visited the school. I was seen by Jamie Sue. My experience was a 10/10. I loved sitting in the chair of a fellow student and learning about her progress, her techniques and deeply admired her care, concern & drive for learning to grow. Her instructor, Andi (hopefully I spelled that right) was just as amazing. You can tell she genuinely loves sharing her knowledge with her students and sets them up for success. I didnt walk in with an easy challenge today, lol. I was asking for black and blonde chunky high/low lights. Jamie nailed this look & Andi did an amazing job in guiding her through clear instruction & guidance! Ill be returning and potentially following Jamie to have her do my hair again throughout her career, she was THAT GOOD!

Worst haircut Ive ever hadI have been going to PM on-and-off for years. I am not putting a photo of my haircut up because I dont want to be seen with this chopped up mess. The student was in way over her head (even though she is close to graduating) and the instructor did not do his due diligence eitherboth of them screwed up and now Im stuck paying the price (literally and figuratively). I keep telling myself itll grow back but unfortunately it wont be anytime soon. No more Paul
Mitchell for me.

There was an instructor with the student. He taught her techniques I have never known about. I am pleased with my hair cut, color and style. Thank you.

Nay did such a fantastic job cutting my hair with face framing. The instructors were attentive and made sure that the students did a great job. 10/10 recommend. This is probably the best cut, blow out and curl Ive ever had. The products also made my hair shine.
