The mens room on the first floor has two stalls. On one stall the door latch is broken. The other stall the toilet is one of those automatic flushes and it doesnt. So no way for men to use the toilet on the first floor.
Our room door on the fourth floor is a fight to open.
Rear door electronic look from the dark parking lot doesnt work. No
Note posted, so guests just left to repeatedly swipe their cards until they give up and walk all the way around to the main entrance.
Coffee ran out in the morning and the attendant said Im running three departments here. Implying too bad.

We had a WONDERFUL experience with all of the front desk staff. We came to town for our son's wedding and we were not disappointed! They were able to assign rooms right next to each other for my 82yrs old widowed mother in law. It was great to have her close to is because she needs our assistance .
The breakfast staff was great and very helpful.
Kind rooms were spacious and clean.
Would definitely stay here again if traveling through!!

Nice clean room. Everything you would expect is present. Quiet environment. Large king bed. Extensive breakfast.
