Went for a 2 night trip. Room smelled like smoke, asked for another room. No other availability so they cancelled my stay. Tried to get a refund and was told they would only refund 1 night and the other night would be charged as a penalty. Worst customer service ever and will not recommend this to anyone.

This is the best priced hotel in the area for staying more than a couple nights. The rooms are clean and coffee is always ready at 6am sharp. I want to take a moment to brag about a wonderful lady who work the front who's name is Teresa she always greets you with a smile and is happy to help anytime with anything, she keeps the lobby and breakfast area spotless and always makes my mornings better. A lot of the older bad reviews like people leaving rocks in the doors and roaches have all been fixed. They have a new alarm system that doesn't allow people to prop open side doors with rocks & I've been here for two weeks and haven't seen a roach in my room. The rooms have all working appliances and clean sheets/carpet/couches/& bathrooms. The windows I have screens and open slightly for fresh air. The AC/Heat works. There are trash rooms on every floor so you don't have to take your trash to the big dumpster outside. You're right beside Tanger outlet so you can walk pretty much anywhere in this area as long as you are in good to average health. All of the rooms are smoke free. I recommend this hotel out of all of the ones in the area. It's worth every penny.
Safety: Doors have alarms on them so they can't stay open long or be propped open. There are trash rooms with four trash cans on every floor so no one has to walk to the big dumpster outside. There is only one entrance that doubles as an exit to the hotel.
Walkability: walking distance of all of Tanger outlet and Walmart/Sam's & top golf if you are an average shape

The front desk ladies was nice and so was the housekeepers.
But the hotel smelled of reifer, weed,dope, mijuana, all day and night. In the hall way, (Weed) if you open a window ( weed) . Dogs bark all night, and I wanted to call the cops, but front desk said they couldn't do anything about it.
So I had to start praying for the dogs to stop. And eventually they did. ( praying really works people).
Personally I want be going back never.
