The Caribbean Resort and Villas

The villa we stayed in is very nice, the pools are very good, the bad thing is that they don't deliver it at the reserved time, they delivered it more than an hour later and the air conditioning never worked well, and after a few years I came back, and the hotel is very deteriorated, very ugly to be honest, it is no longer the same

Went here for vacation with family, it was a bit strange because of the weird smells around the hotel. Also when it was night I went to go to pull up the cover, and there was yellow stains on the bed. There is also no locks on bathroom doors. Some doors do not close fully. Although the staff was very nice to us and there is an easy check in.

Yao was VERY helpful. He is a very polite young man and made sure that we were checked in with no problem. This young man is great and very professional. His attitude is superb and I wish him the best in all that he does. Great customer service goes a long way. Thank you.

Fridge didnt work place was dirty and only served as a bed. Not worth the money. Service acted like they cared but no action taken when an issue occurred. Rooms: Dirty no service given, fridge didnt work. Needs to be updated and repaired. Room stunk and sofa bed and Murphy bed mattresses were broken down and uncomfortable. Not enough bed linens. Nearby activities: Lots to do just leave the resort Walkability: You can basically walk to anything you want to do. That is one of if not the best thing I can say. I have stayed 3 times this was worst I will never book again Food & drinks: Starbucks across the street nice, plenty of nice restaurants in very close proximity Noteworthy details: This place use to be nice. NOT ANYMORE
