Erica at the South Myrtle Beach office was great. Very knowledgeable and patient through the whole process. She puts customer service before anything else and greatly exceeded our expectations. Our new carpet and hardwood floors look and feel great. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after every day. My only complaint would be that our install date got pushed a couple days, I know things come up, but I wish the scheduler could have given us a better heads up so we didn't have to move everything around in our house. But the end result is great and would definitely use them again.
