Mulch Bucket

I bought two palm trees. During the time I spoke with Chris about caring for my trees. I did everything he told me to do. My tree never made it a year alive. I fertilize it and water it as I was told. I even called several times during the year and I was told that the tree needs at least a year to get established. And I should factor in the cold months thats coming. I should give it time. Now I have mushrooms growing out. I called and spoke to several people at mulch bucket. They pulled up my records and receipts. They saw that i bought the trees last year and the owner refused to reconcile the situation. He told me that its unfortunate that they do not have warranties on their trees. So I wont be getting a replacement. He also said that there is a 3/10 chance that a tree will die and that I can hire the same company that delivery the tree, to remove it. Then he proceeded to offer me to purchase a more expensive tree WITH NO WARRANTY!!!! Why would i do that?! I am a single mother that wants a beautiful yard! I told him no thank you. I cant afford to throw my money away. I am very disappointed in this company. I do not recommend if you are buying trees. Look for posts and updates of this matter on my social media platform as well.

Use these guys spring and fall every year for 3 yrs now. Great service and products. Topsoil and cypress mulch. Thanks guys
