Andrew is as nice as they come, but beware. He charges you for anything he wants. I told him i didn't want the insurance. I've been renting since 2012 and have never taken the insurance. He told me i had to take the $5 a day insurance. His supervisor Michelle told me he (Andrew) told you that? I said yes. She said I'll have a talk with him. I told him I didn't want the roadside assistance. He charged me for it anyhow. Then i was rushed by ambulance on March 23rd to Grand Strand Trauma Center. I had a bad infection in my body, and it was affecting all of my organs. I'm in intensive care, not knowing if I'm going to live. I had a rental in front of my house. It was due back April 4th. A family member returned the car almost a week early. Not only did I not get a refund, but they charged me $190 for an unauthorized driver. He could have dropped off the car and put the keys in the drop box. Instead, he parked the car and brought the keys inside. On May 18th, they charged my credit card $21 for a $6 toll they claimed i didn't pay. I have EZ PASS. I also have automatic replenish. When my balance gets low, they automatically charge my credit card to the full balance. This is to prevent you from getting any violations. You would think they would have some compassion about my health and overlooked the unauthorized driver. But not only did they have no compassion. They didn't reimburse me for almost 1 week. The car was brought back early. The charge for roadside assistance and the $5 a day that went into Andrew's pocket for 3 months. NOTHING! Since I rent a lot you earn points. Points get you free days. I used 10 of my free days for this rental. When i made the reservation, they deducted the 10 days. Andrew added them back. Because the carge on my credit card was much higher than the quoted price from the reservation.The price is out of this world. I've rented from every company out there. In between holidays and peak times the prices are decent. I've been paying $700 + a week. $2800 a month. I could own two Cadillac Escalades for that. But they have you over a barrel if you don't own a car. Go with Budget/Avis. The cars are newer. They don't charge any late fees. And the cars are cheaper. And no bogus add-on fees.

Due to my car being rear ended and needing work done to fix it, I Had a reservation to pick up a car at 5:00PM, and made the reservation days in advance. I live almost an hour away from this location and this is the only place the persons insurance would allow me to get a rental. Got there after a long drive in traffic, and they had gave my car to someone else, telling me to come check back tomorrow I DONT HAVE A CAR! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO JUST check back? Honestly absurd customer service. Dont go here.
