        Very shady and dishonest location. I was working with an insurance claim, and needed a car to get me home 8 hours away. After reading the fine print, I discovered that it would be a nearly $1400 additional charge for a 1-way rental. I cancelled the rental, and the woman working said "OK it's cancelled, we will just charge the insurance the $50/day rate today." I never even touched keys or saw the car and she was trying to bill my insurance company. It's a bummer that they can't do a one-way rental, but unethical to charge insurance for a service they never delivered.

        Its 9:16am and their listed hours of operation are 8am-5pm. The location is still closed and nobody in sight to assist the many customers just waiting outside. Irresponsible location. Terrible service.
