My husband bought a $350 part for a 2 year old mini loader that he bought mistakenly. The mini loader that the part was for was bought brand new at this location. The counter sales person opened the box to examine the part when the purchase was occurring which in hindsight was interesting considering what would come to pass. It was discovered by my husbands mechanic that the part was not needed that it was only a loose connection causing all the problems. They never took the part out of the box. My husband tried the next day to return it with the receipt and they refused to take it back because the box was open!!! It was the counter sales person who opened it!! My husband asked, what he was supposed to do with a $350 part that he doesnt need. There were two at the counter for this and one said not my problem! We have been in the landscaping business for over 20 years and we own a full size loader which we bought in PA. Customer service there was so much better and way more professional. Never any issues with returns there. Well, we for sure wont be giving you the business of the purchase of a new mini excavator that we will be buying next year. Looks like Wilmington is our new dealer.

So I went with someone to pickup a part they needed for the bobcat at their work. No big deal. Paid cash, got a receipt and the part and left. Not even 24hrs later turns out my friend didn't need the part. We call the Bobcat store to make sure we could get there in time and the clerk said we couldn't return the part. The part was never put on the machine or taken out of the box. We have the receipt where we paid $189. The clerk at bobcat refused to let us return the part. So now we are just out damn near $200. I will never contribute anything to the bobcat brand again. Awful awful business.
