I loved dealing with Lynn. She was kind, courteous and efficient in getting someone scheduled to replace my front windows. I would give 5 stars based on her customer service alone. However the workmen arrived and John was so rude when I asked when the guys would be here to replace my siding after they installed the window. He acted completely put out with having to answer my question and answered it as if I was so stupid to ask him such a question. I thought it was a legitimate question as storms were moving in that afternoon. He obviously does not like his job and shows it. I quickly called Lynn and she assured me that she would handle the situation and let me know that someone would be out shortly to put the siding back on my house. John does not need to be working with customers. He doesn't like his job and does not make this company look good. I asked that he not be sent to my home ever again.

Called in 10 days ago to DR Horton for a warranty. I was supposed to have an appointment today between 12 PM and 4 PM. I called up to confirm that appointment and they told me that it had to be transferred to an install tech so nobody would be out today, then the lady Erin tells me she spoke to my wife So why I am on the phone with her? I check with my wife and she said she didnt speak with anybody. What a waste of a warranty department Dont count on them to come out and fix anything. Good luck.
