        So I dont think anyone wakes up and says yeah!!!! I get my teeth cleaned today!!!! But this office makes it as pleasant as possible!! The new hygienist Bobbie is absolutely awesome!!!!!! She was extremely friendly and efficient.I am a terrible patient but she was gracious and determined to give me a great cleaning. Im very pleased with all the staff and Dr.Cost is pretty awesome too!!

        Five stars isn't enough to rate this dental practice, because I would definitely score higher. I am new to this office, and have been extremely pleased with every aspect of them. The staff is extremely courteous, more so than I have ever encountered. Dr Cost thoroughly explains all the treatments you will undergo, and carries them out painlessly. I would definitely recommend, and encourage Confident Smiles of Lauren for all your dental care.

      R. Nicholas Cost, Jr., D.D.S., P.A. is a family dental practice located in the heart of historic Laurens, SC. Our practice offers a wide-range of comprehensive dental services. Our office was founded by Byron H. Brown, D.D.S. Dr. Brown is a native of Laurens, who has practiced dentistry in the town where he grew up for over 42 years. Dr. Cost bought Dr. Brown's practice in October 2011, and is extremely honored to have the opportunity to continue the long-standing tradition of quality dental care with a smile that Dr. Brown has provided for over 40 years. We vow to always provide the highest quality dental care at an affordable price in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
