        Dr. Cost at Confident Smiles of Laurens is absolutely wonderful! He is very caring and understanding and very passionate about his work. I love that Dr. Cost customizes his work to fit the patients needs/wants. On all of the crowns he has made for me, he has done exceptional work because they look so natural! I live in Alaska but I come to Laurens, SC because Dr. Cost has a diligent hard working staff who is always delighted to see their patients and they are very flexible and genuinely caring! I love Confident Smiles of Laurens and I highly recommend them.

      R. Nicholas Cost, Jr., D.D.S., P.A. is a family dental practice located in the heart of historic Laurens, SC. Our practice offers a wide-range of comprehensive dental services. Our office was founded by Byron H. Brown, D.D.S. Dr. Brown is a native of Laurens, who has practiced dentistry in the town where he grew up for over 42 years. Dr. Cost bought Dr. Brown's practice in October 2011, and is extremely honored to have the opportunity to continue the long-standing tradition of quality dental care with a smile that Dr. Brown has provided for over 40 years. We vow to always provide the highest quality dental care at an affordable price in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
