Started working with HFC Insurance while exploring Medicare options and found Rachel Haynes to be extremely helpful. So, I went a step further to have them assist me with Home/Auto insurance to ensure I was getting the most competitive rates. I recently had the pleasure of working with Rachel from HFC Insurance. She is a true professional and I am thankful for her assistance. She is patient, knowledgeable, and true example of what "customer service" means. I was faced with so many questions about the whole process. She took the time to answer all my questions no matter how many times I repeated the same question. She was not pushy and I never felt like she was rushing me.
