So, I went a step further to have them assist me with Home/Auto insurance to ensure I was getting the most competitive rates. Marty and Rachel were truly life savers for us! We were in a time crunch with our current insurance policy and they realized the urgency of our needs and met with us immediately. You will not find this level of customer service, and willingness to help anywhere. I recently had the pleasure of working with Rachel from HFC Insurance. She is a true professional and I am thankful for her assistance. She is patient, knowledgeable, and true example of what "customer service" means. I was faced with so many questions about the whole process. She took the time to answer all my questions no matter how many times I repeated the same question. She was not pushy and I never felt like she was rushing me.
