      image My home will be a year old in February. Great place to live. Room for improvements. I just feel that they rushed on building the house. The post in my house has had to be fixed numerous times. My laminate floors have been bubbling and my AC in my bedroom and doesn't cool off in the summer. My bathroom in my master , doesn't get any heat or air. That's why the 4 stars. Overall best price on a lake, right now. My husband and l, are on the corner of the lake. Love it. I'm a Flight Attendant and drive to the Charlotte Airport. It takes an hour. I don't mind the drive, for a great place to live.
