Sea Turtle Getaways

Sea Turtle Getaways has a misleading site to rent Shorewood villas 308, NOTHING AGAINST SHOREWOOD VILLAS condo, always stay there. That is why we were so shocked such a dirty unkept condo was being rented there. Most horrible filthy condo I have ever rented. Poor management. No way to resolve this mess. Lovely young manager tried, but really nothing she could do. Never a follow up by company. Never again. Your site is misleading. I have no problem with Shorewood Villas. Lovely upscale. Sea Turtle Getaways is the problem and the condo they rented us. So nice of you to respond on a public forum. I was not offered a move. There was nothing available. I was offered to leave immediately for a refund. The offer to clean was declined because it would take a month to do so the place was so filthy. At that point we had our belongings in the unit. I was not going to babysit housekeepers while on vacation. We had already been inconvenienced. I mean there were bugs in the unit. Did you look at the pictures I posted?! I think that is what Selena asked me. We wondered what used store the furniture had been purchased from. I would not have this condo in my inventory. We have heard wonderful things about the Vacation Company. We have rented from them before and they will be our company to work with. They have a wonderful reputation, perks, up to date communication apps, keyless entry, continuous follow up and updates.

We came for our son's graduation from the Marine corps from start to finish this place was perfect if there is anything extra that was needed they were there within 15 minutes very courteous very professional would even text me during my stay to make sure everything was going well I am 40 minute drive to Parris Island which isn't too bad. This was a perfect place for our new Marine to come back and relax after a grueling 3 months of hard work well earned. Do not pass this place up you would definitely be missing out.

I can't say enough about the level of service, ease of check-in and the property is always as described - better even. They give a personal touch that only a smaller company can provide. Highly recommend Renee and the crew at Sea Turtle Getaways!
