From the moment I first 'engaged' Nicky Gleason in a conversation about buying on Hilton Head Island, she was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. As a 'foreign' (Canadian) buyer, I had many questions about the process and she was always able to steer me in the right direction for information. Early on Nicky brought in the owner of Luxury Homes, Chris who also has a really pleasant, low key manner and only provided helpful counsel. I never felt pressured. In fact, although I've had a lot of experience buying and selling properties this is the best 'adventure' in real estate I've ever had! I didn't buy a 'luxury' property but every step of the way I felt I was getting 'luxury' service and the best information. Great team! They all went 'above and beyond' in assisting me to make the right decision. (I have to give a bit of credit to the sweet resident pooch, Stella as well. Best 'therapy' dog ever!) We had a great experience working with Staci. She helped us find our new HHI condo in a crazy market. We do not live in South Carolina and she went to the property on her own time to ensure the property was as described in the listing. That helped us feel comfortable and confident when making a site unseen offer. We are so grateful for her suggestions on helping us to make the best offer and become the chosen buyers in a multi offer situation.
