Sea Pines Vacation Homes by the JKS Abbott Group

8 Gunnery was a perfect fit for our family of 8. It comfortably sleeps 5-6 adults and 3-4 kids with room to spare in a pullout couch in the game room. The home was clean and already came with many household items that made the stay convenient and enjoyable. Located just off Military Rd, this home was an easy 12ish minute walk to the beach (wagon totes help). Additionally, with quick access to the bike trails, it didnt take much effort to cycle down to the Salty Dog or Harbor Town areas. After hitting the beach in the 9:30am to 3pm window, we would hike it back the house to rinse everything off and wind our day down in the pool. The pool was a perfect size for kids fun and adult relaxation. Additionally, the pools patio furniture was in great shape and provided ample seating and places to set things down. After cleaning up, in the evenings, we were always within a 5-20 minute drive of most dining destinations depending on where we were trying to go, and at night, the Sea Pines neighborhood made for a calm and quiet place to end your day (very low traffic, no bright street lights etc..) Overall it was a great family vacation, and we may very well return to this exact home in our next trip to HHI. Two thumbs up!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vitamin Seas this winter. The location is excellent. Top notch management by Kerry and John who responded promptly and were very helpful. Our grandsons rode the bikes, played with the board games and splashed in the heated pool even when the outside temperature was in the 40s. The kitchen is small but well-stocked. We would have liked to have had chairs in the bedrooms, and could have used a stool to get into the queen bed which is very high. We look forward to staying in more of the beautiful properties managed by the JKS Abbott Group.
