4.5 Delicious gelato also had tasty lemon as well as ricotta cookies. I opted for the espresso and butter pecan in a bowl. Cant recall exactly what husband got but he also enjoyed. Service was a bit slow, they need more people helping IMO as the line kept growing. Also it is a smallish space and if its regularly this busy it would seem they need a new larger space. Id return and recommend to others as well.

Delicious gelato and sorbet and affogato! Much calmer than other ice cream options nearby and much better quality!

Out group got different flavors of the galato. It was creamy and delicious. The people working were very sweet. It was very busy for it being 8:30 on a Saturday and we didn't have to wait too long. I recommend coming here if you are in Hilton Head!

I dont often leave reviews, but this place was excellent! I am Gluten Free, and the lady running the store was very knowledgeable about which products I could and could not eat. Also, she was super kind, talkative, and relatable. She said that the Gelato was based on her Sicilian families recipes, and being in Sicily this summer, it definitely took me back! I highly recommend Nonna Maries and we will be going back whenever we come back to Hilton Head next! Dietary restrictions: Tons of Gluten Free options!
