Choosing Talita and Doug was one of the best decisions I have made to date. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, they are tough and no how to make a deal. In addition, they are kind, punctual, and give the kind of personal attention that makes you feel as though you are the only client on the planet. No question or concern is too weird or too small. They feel like old friends now. I cannot express how grateful I am for all their help; I wasnt sure I could manage to buy on my own but they helped me see it was possible.

We worked with Doug and Talita on purchasing our first home in Bluffton back in October of 2021. The process was so quick and easy with little to no surprises. I cant say enough good things about the way that they established trust from the beginning and got to know us personally before we made a decision. We have stayed in touch over the last year and a half and the amount of little personal details that they recall is noticeable. If you want to work with good people that dont pressure you or make you feel like youre on the clock, give them a call!!!

WOW! I had the most wonderful experience working with Talita Haggist while looking at properties. She is so energetic and enthusiastic. She clearly has her clients best interest at heart and works very hard to please. I found her to be responsive and very knowledgeable. If she didnt know the answer to something, she made sure to get the answer and get back to you. I have worked with other real estate professionals, but she is by far in a class unto herself. And to top it off, she is so nice. It was a pleasure to work with her. Thank you Talita!
