        Restaurant filled with hispanics and they all acted like they couldn't see me or hear me. And I know spanish... so no issue there. I waited there at the counter for almost 10 mins because they looked busy.. they weren't on further notice. A guy was cleaning the fryers... how hard is it to take a order at the counter? So after I finally stopped a guy.. he's like. "you have to use the kiosk or the drive through.. there's no one in the front counter." So out of 5 people I saw working... ( 1 was doing inventory) none can take an order.... wow. So I use the kiosk because I been waiting inside for 15 mins and I'm gonna order here. I go to pay and I'm using the Wendy's app to get a single for $1 because I'm already about to spend close to $40. And 1 guy says I have to scan it... I say I'm trying to scan it but it's not working, can you please show me how? He doesn't even respond... so the same guy that told me before I ask him to show me... but by this time my order has timed out... he says you can't use that here.. only the front counter or the drive through, after I asked if he could transfer my order... I left. #WORTHLESS - I WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS. Never in my life have I experienced this... your store MGR should be ashamed of themselves.
