Budget Car Rental

I was initially given a car that stalled twice once i left the rental agency. I immediately returned (within 15 minutes) and was given a different vehicle. Unfortunately i was charged, without my knowledge, an additional $30.99 for loss damage waiver that i did not authorize. My bill doubled!! I plan to contact Budget to challenge the unauthorized fee.

Bait and switch rental company. Had a mid-sized vehicle reserved, and was told that it wasn't available, but I could either take a more expensive car or sit at the airport until a car comes in. Was told the wait could be 10 minutes or days. Not worth the lower advertised price. Tried to leave a 1 star, but the Budget page wouldn't let me

100% recommend it. We had an easy check in and Drop off services. Friendly staff and the car that we had was amazing. I loved it.

Pick up and drop off went super smooth. Great price threw Costco travel. 95% of your customers probably wouldnt have noticed the extra $15.99 added to the final bill for fuel service that wasnt applicable. Everything on the invoice showed I declined all options and I returned the vehicle full of fuel. Thankfully the Customer Service rep immediately acknowledged the mistake and reversed the charge. Why customers have to scrutinize the tiny print for added / padded charges is beyond me.
