Very odd. I booked a car rental Jan 15 with this company for April with Hertz. I called to confirm the day before my trip. They did not have the reservation and cars were out. DO NOT BOOK thur here

@JeremyDeagan Same here! We rented a car back in August and just got an email that we owe $24.60 ($15.00 "admin Fee") in toll road charges. I am very leery about sending this company a check to Greer, SC when we rented the car in TN How does Hertz not have the option to pay online??

From the reviews it looks like they are cutting corners and we are paying for it. I rented a car back in August, and just got a bill from them today in February for the tolls I passed. I'm happy to pay but why wait 5 months after your business received the bill to contact me. Even worse, they send it like a debt collection letter, when this is the first notice I had that this charge existed! Only crooks behave this way. And my only option to pay is check or money order? What legitimate multi-state business opererates like this? I know our options are limited these days but avoid any shell business this company is operating, like Hertz, dollar, or Thrifty.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a car rental company, they use the name HERTZ but they are by no means connected to the actual company, we received a damaged non functional vehicle from HERTZ and this company absolutely refused to help us other than to have us to PAY for another vehicle. They also refused to cancel the previous vehicles contract and pushed us off to the customer service phone number. I Will be reporting this company to the BBB. Absolutely disgusting that this company is even still in business. DO NOT rent from any HERTZ in the State of South Carolina, they are all owned by this awful company.

This company is the most unprofessional place of business I have ever encountered. My rental was through my insurance but they kept trying to charge my card every week despite my insurance company extending the rental. The girl at the office said just bc they extended it doesnt mean they agree to pay for it- but like my adjuster told me that is exactly what it means why would they extend and not pay? The manager Kathleen Osorio for the Fayetteville branch has no business being a manger and lies like its nobodies business. Gave me an invoice for almost $900 with no description of charges and when I asked her to list the charges out individually she refused to do so but is certain they are valid. Just go to enterprise and save your self the headache.
