I applied for a townhouse at this company and I was denied. Im actually happy I was denied. The receptionist Tracey was so rude over the phone it actually hurt my feelings because it felt like there was a racist undertone. She kept calling me hun and being very short with me. Its already hard enough looking for somewhere to live and people are rude because you want to give them your hard earned money. It actually feels like a scan for the application fee because the townhome has been on the market for 72 days 122 people have applied so thats about 6000. So, I find that questionable also. I even called back and asked about the status of application and this lady was rude also very short with me. If we need any more information we will call you click. Im going to continue to pray to God to guide me in the right direction so I can get closer to my job and a better living situation for my children. Beware.

Everyone is complaining in the comments about lack of communication with alpha but Ive had no problems at all. Every-time I submit a maintenance request online Im called within minutes and my apartment is serviced same day or the next day.
They send friendly email reminders and will even text sometimes. My unit is clean, quiet, and safe. Moved in September and have had no problems!! Keep it up alpha!!

Rented property to my son and his roommate. Filthy and ant invested. When they left kept most of deposit for touch up paint. Dont use these people and do not rent 3 Wentworth Street Greenville SC especially with kids or animals. The ants are horrid!!

We had dealt with Alpha Property Management in Greenville for 3 year while renting a home on Honeysuckle Drive. We put a great deal of elbow grease into the home and cleared the nonexistent landscaping around the home and added mulch and plants. We had someone come in and clear the overgrown 1 acre parcel and had multiple neighbors compliment us on the outward appearance from what it had been. I cut up a tree that had fallen across the driveway saving the homeowner the expense, replaced cheap toilet seats with ceramic ones and replaced the rusty nasty vents throughout the home. The counter tops looked like paint had been slopped all over with big dried paint puddles on top. I scraped up the nasty paint blotches and turned the counter tops into something nice and presentable, only to have our security check withheld $550 to have them painted over again. I have never been refused my entire security deposit from any landlord due to us leaving the residence better than we found it. I have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails but they wont return my call. I failed to mention before we moved into the residence that the mildew smell of mold was strong and that I wanted the home checked for mold. Upon moving in the smell was still there and said the issue had been addressed. Well I found the black mold inside the walls of the laundry room after replaced the dryer wall plug in to an updated one. We felt with air scrubbers and mold remediation for weeks with no washer or dryer. Such a complete joke. Ill add the before and after countertop finish that supposedly costed them $550 to fix since the white disgusting top was so much better than the finished black top I did. A few mold pictures included. If they wouldve just sent me my security deposit back in full this review wouldnt have happened. They wont even return my calls.
