One of the worst places to work for in terms of medical labs in the area. The company has an extremely high turnover rate because of how they treat their employees. I was one of their most knowledgeable techs in terms of the science behind the processes and how to run things, and was recent let go for “lack of work”. It would be one thing to lay me off, but was told if I came on the premises, even to turn in the uniforms they gave me so I can get my last paycheck, that I will be arrested. They don’t care about the alarming amount of false negatives that come out of their Covid line, and they don’t care about how they’ve negatively impacted the community during the pandemic. There was also a Hep B outbreak in the break room if that tells you anything about the cleanliness of this facility...This company only cares about money and could care less about the community or its workers. It’s ripe with OHSA violations, too.
