Purchased engagement ring and wedding bands as a set from here 5 years ago. Over the past five years diamonds continue to fall out of each piece. Usually, they replace them and have no issues. However, after this last visit I am done. I sent it in for repairs. I was told 7-10 days. It took over a month to get it back. Now today I pick up the ring it seems okay. Within 2 hours another diamond has fallen out. Do not waste your time here.

My husband made the mistake of buying my wedding ring from this place. We have been married for a year and Ive have to take the ring back 4 times because the diamond keeps falling out. Now theyre telling me that I have to pay to replace the diamond when theyve never been able to make it stay from the beginning. Dont walk, RUNNNNN away from this place.

I been shopping here many years. Since it was a booth in the middle of the mall. I've bought a lot of high end jewelry. Rolex, Jacob, Benny etc. I had a health issue come up. I've seen several people sale their jewelry back to Ali so I ask if he wanted mine back for a very decent price to pay my Co pays on my surgery and was told PASS in a text message. But for select people he would've done it so I told him the truth and now I'm not allowed back in the store and that's cool. But what a bad business. For 20 years I gave them money and one time I needed help I was treated with disrespect . Wouldn't recommend. I just got offered 2k for 15k worth of jewelry. I'm getting a lawyer. Now I know why they wouldn't write me a receipt. But I git the video of me Paying
