        Took my wedding ring there because the prongs that hold the stones were catching on fabrics. 400$ later my ring still caught on fabric. ( snagged on bedding, sweaters ect. ) Went back two more times to see what could be done. They offered to buff or file down the prongs a bit. Each time I figured Id give it a chance to see if it was better. No, They said they can not file it down anymore or Id loose my stones! I really expected more from Jared. Now must find a real jeweler to do it right! Dont take the job, if you cant fix the problem! WILL NEVER GO BACK! Sales people were nice, but workmanship no quality!
