It's great and all, but they need to work on their room. Our bathroom doorknob is broken, and the light takes a while to turn on

Do not bother with this hotel. There must be better ones in the Greenville area. The positive: The breakfast is of decent quality. You will have to live with paper plates, plastic cutlery and paper and plastic cups. I haven't stayed often enough in US Hotels to know if this has to be considered standard. The rooms have (my room had) a big TV and decent WiFi reception. Parking is no problem and Greenville downtown is only a 15 minute drive. Stores and Restaurants are plentiful within a 10 min drive. The less positive: I had technical issues in my room I mentioned it at the reception but they where not fixed. I ended up helping myself as far as I could. If you are going for this hotel a swiss army knife or a leatherman should be your companion. In all hotel's I stayed in my life housekeeping and cleaning every day is normal. About every third day seems to be the standard in this establishment. But this gives you a nice guessing game, when you get to your room in the afternoon. Will the room be made or not? When the room was made (emptying of waste bins even rarer a made bed or cleaned floor) Replenishment of supplies like tissue paper or soap is not ensured. If you have a light sleep try to get a room towards the back (even room numbers) so you might only have to cope with the noise from the hallway and not with the noise from Haywood Road or the I-385. The Greenville downtown airport to that side of the hotel is less bothersome than you might think.
