I have been in real estate for 25+ years and have worked with a lot of home inspectors. Joe Stromberg is one of the best I have worked with in years. He gets right to the "nuts and bolts" of the house, explains in detail, and has one of the best inspection reports. I HIGHLY recommend Joe. My clients always say how much they like him.

Joe did an excellent job on our inspection and report. Professional, impressive work ethic, and great follow through. Extremely thorough, detail oriented, and certainly caught items/areas that needed repair or updating that were not on our radar or visible.

Joe did an excelled job in the home inspection of our new home.
He was very thorough. We were there with him while he did the inspection and he walked us through what he was doing and explaining the areas he was going to include on the report.
I felt very involved and part of the process which made us much more comfortable. It helped us not only to be able to understand the report but to know what we should ask to be fixed before buying and what our the key priorities areas would be to fix when we moved in.
He was very responsive and answered all of our questions even through the negotiations with our realtor and explaining things in a way we could understand.
His report was very clear and comprehensive and laid it out room by room with the key areas ie: plumbing, electric etc.
He made the whole home buying process much better we felt confident that we understood the issues with the over 50+ year old house and were making a informed decision.
We would recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy a house.
