I have been doing 9Round for about a month now. I love the workouts and I love how friendly and helpful the trainers are at the Pelham Rd location. They are always willing to give advice and help me!! I am very uncoordinated so Im sure its a challenge to stay patient but they always are willing to help with a smile!!

The new 24/7 business model works great when I want to workout late evening or early morning. The trainers are the best! I can go in anytime I want and knock out 500+ calories in my 30 minute workout. Ive been there for about 3 years and, being 41, its great to consistently hear you dont even look 35! So thank you 9Round!
