        Dennis and the team at 9 rounds have made me feel great and gave me more energy just by doing the daily workouts. I suffered from hypertension and with the workout and eating better its in a great place . No more medications.

        This locations is AMAZING and does not disappoint! The owner Denise is knowledgeable, kind, and gently pushes you past your limits. He genuinely cares about you and your progress. HIGHLY RECOMMED this location. My kids LOVE it too!

        I have been going to this 9R for several years and it is the most consistent workout! The trainers are great, the workouts are difficult, and there is no class time! Just show up, work for 30 minutes, and feel great!
