John is racists!! They dont fix anything ever! The maintenance man himself told me every apartment has mold in it they paint over bugs and anything else instead of cleaning it. Literally moved me into a dirty apartment! Its just disgusting and the rent is tooo high for what your getting! Honestly wish I could give them zero stars but I cant. Dont move here if your black cause he hates black people!!

Been trying to talk to John for 2 weeks now. I off Wednesday n Thursday. He on vacation last week. Each time I go to office yesterday n today..he on phone. Totally ignore me. I live in Apt. 14. Been here ,3 years. Trying to find out if rumour is true. We old tenant's being evicted for no reason...why he avoid me?

My sister apartment has been leaking water for days almost a week. She put in a work order as high priority, spoken with maintenance and contacted the front office and still no one has addressed her issue. They keep saying someone is coming but no one has appeared...! Water leak in her lease is a maintenance emergency!!! I dont understand what is going on. At this point they are not fulfilling her lease but I bet they want their rent on time!!!! I would not recommend anyone to live here...
