Living conditions are just covered up. Mangement sucks and maintenance trys to act like they know what they are doing but they don't. Homeless people cut thur all the time and cops are out there a couple times a year.

I lived there for 27 years. I've seen it all. Fights, shootings, dead bodies, car break ins, home invasions...which I was a victim of twice... the apartment I lived in never looked like the apartment in the pics. Couldn't keep maintenance or office managers. I've seen 21 different office managers since I moved in in 1995. I was asked to vacate the premises due to an altercation with one of the females on my row. There was video evidence of her trying to stab my daughter. She went to jail. I showed the police my video evidence and they saw what happened. Anyway, I moved and I was served eviction papers AFTER I had been gone. The sheriff posted the notice on a empty apartment. I called the number on the paper and the person said the sheriff "saw somebody" in the apartment and posted the notice on the door. I said it wasn't me. Turns out it was the propery manager. There's NO way to mistake me for her! There have been apartments raided by the police after I moved but they weren't evicted. Sounds like favoritism. They will find anything they can to get you out. I wasn't even notified about damages until a collection agency called me. I disputed that bc I wasn't given the option to even pay it. It was sent straight to collections. The collection agency tried to contact the property manager and she didn't respond to them. They called a few times to let me know she didn't respond to them. I fixed almost everything myself. The mold was horrible. I made several maintenance requests about the rotted molded wood under my kitchen sink. Been complaining about it for more than 15 yrs. I have video/picture evidence of all of this.There are roaches too. Pest control does the bare minimum....

I was scared at first moving away from home but I can say it was the best decision I had made. Its a nice neighborhood and peaceful. Hesper the landlord has been so helpful with anything Ive needed. So far so great

Hello good morning. I appreciate anyone who can give me information or guide me on what I should do to be able to rent an apartment there. I need a 2 room or maybe 3 if it's not out of my budget. I appreciate if anyone can help me. Thank you very much, happy afternoon.
