    Right now we dont have hot water in my bathroom, my entire apartment is flooded includingmy daughters room. There are big electrical fans sitting around, my kitchen and livingroom ceilings are hanging and I cant even take a shower. The carpet guy came and said since the water has been sitting so long its not safe to stay here. I asked Natalie to move me to a different unit for a few day and she said she does not have the authority. I emailed tbe apartment managers twice and no response. Yet tbe want their $1508.00 monthly.

    I wouldnt want to refer or recommend for anyone to move in this apt. Management is poor and seem untrustfyl for me to call in or communicate. Secondly, the website to pay rent or request maintenance is not working or down for month on and off. Poor maintenance and lack of support from management. I cant wait to move out when my term is off

    Ive been waiting 4-5 months for drawers to be placed in my kitchen. The same drawers that I was told would be fixed BEFORE moving into this apartment complex in September. Ive talked to maintenance about the issue and two different people that work in office about this issue on at least 4-5 different occasions. I had to place in a maintenance request for a fake issue, with hopes to speak with the maintenance manager because a young lady in office DENIED me his number yo speak about the issue. I was told by property management today that maintenance is currently behind and working on several issues and i feel for the guy because to be behind on 5 months worth of issues is piss poor on the companies behalf no matter how you look at it. While signing my lease I was told I would have someone to meet me on a Sunday for my keys to move in and when Sunday came, no one was in office. I had to call maintenance to help me inside the apartment. This was a two hour wait that caused a late fee for my uhaul bill and I decided to let it go because stuff happens. At the time of signing my lease there was a deal for 2 FREE months of Internet and dish tv services. After getting settled sunday I called Dish to set up access to my internet and the tv channels, as instructed. I was advised my name was not the account holder and from what Im assuming they still had the last tenant. I was denied access and didnt gain access until late January. I was not charged for the months I didnt have the service as expected being that I didnt have access. After finally obtaining access I was told I had to pay for the internet services moving forward, which is a breach of contract and deceptive by definition. Every issue Ive had with this place has been blamed on someone else in the company instead of someone taking accountability and making the situation right.

    A new management team is in place and it's going better. Natalie, Shataree and new Jordan are trying to fix the left-over messes from prior management that has gone unattended for a few years now.A more timely response for maintenance would be appreciated. Residents portal is inoperable?? Maintenance has-been emergency only for over a year. I wish I could have viewed my unit before leasing it. It's a nice location with great amenities that are worth maintaining. A nice powerwashing would do wonders for the appearance. The location is within walking distance to Barnes Noble, Starbucks, urgent care, eye care, and restaurants within half a block. The complex is 17 minutes from most any area of town. The pond is nice and actually has Blue heron residents and geese. The car wash needs updating and vacum. The complex has beautiful trees just needs TLC.
