They have my family member in an apartment with her young children and have not fixed anything. They have a water issue that caused MOLD and electrical issues that causes the wires to trip. I wouldnt recommend!

The people here are nice but no one ever answers the phone here unless you blow them up. Edit: Ive been reaching out still and Ive still been struggling to get someone to set an appointment and maintenance show up. We made an appointment and they never showed, so I made a second appointment and I have not heard a word still. We are trying to just have our A/C looked at because our bill is steady rising, our a/c wont shut off now after many maintenance orders of being told it was okay. The set temp is never reached and we have followed all instructions given by maintenance and the problem is getting worse. We want to set an appointment because we are busy so we would really appreciate trying to work this out. I feel like if you have an appointment you should get a notice/email that you cant be seen that day and they need you to call to reset an appointment. But instead it was marked as finished and we werent contacted at all. Weve sent emails and called and made appointments. I hope we can resolve this issue soon because the area are people are friendly and understanding but that alone cant keep people happy. For the price we would greatly appreciate better communication.
