Heather and Ryan Bigger are phenomenal realtors. They sold our previous home quickly (seriously, in 36 hours!) and helped us find our dream/forever home. They met with us throughout the whole process and were with us every step of the way. They are kind, intelligent, and HARD-WORKING people. They answered any of our questions, no matter what time, of the day and even fed us dinner on moving day. Hands down, the best realtors in York County!

We bought our home from Heather and Ryan when we relocated back to the York County area. We knew we wanted to be in Rock Hill but we werent quite sure where. Ryan and Heather met us frequently to show us homes they found based on our wishes - and we found our new HOME! But that was only part of it...the part we expected. The unexpected experience that went FAR ABOVE our expectations came with some of the additional stages to buying a home...1) the network of professional people they introduced us to, especially our mortgage broker, closing attorney, home inspector 2) Ryans willingness to crawl under our house to make sure he understood the work quoted by 3rd party companies - both for us the buyer and also for the seller of the home (who wasnt his client). 3) Urgency they placed on getting us closed when I was on a timeline with work.
