Large clean room with cook top and microwave, large fridge and nice freezer. Storage shelves in kitchen. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware provided in room. Coffee maker. Dishwasher. Dining table for 4. Large shower. Nice TV with multiple channels and able to hookup a laptop to it via hdmi. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet. Easy access to Carowinds, I77. Nice location.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly, but as you can expect pillows were filled with air. We had such a great time stuffing the pillows with the extra towels we were able to get. Unfortunately there werent any extra pillows to go around. The best part was having to hear very loud music from a bar right next to the hotel until about 2am. We called the front desk they already knew what the problem was, and was familiar because it was an ongoing problem. They said they would call the sheriff but after 30 minutes we decided to call ourselves. Local law enforcement showed up and was able to get the bar to quiet down for 10 minutes before they went back to max sound. The walls are also very thin so if you have active neighbors then you will get an opportunity to enjoy the ound they make. If you have a long trip ahead of you the next day after a long day at Carowinds and want your much needed sleep interrupted or impossible to obtain due to terrible pillows and loud noises then this hotel is the best place you'll find! Rooms: Small but hotel better priced than others Nearby activities: Bar nextdoor with loud music and loud party-goers. Outside pool closed and of March. Not kid friendly.
