    Worst experience ever! The receptionist is extremely rude and the management seems greedy. They asked for extra dollar at the last minute and made our experience sour. Nobody from the management came forward to talk and conveniently left a family of 10 members stranded with kids and senior citizens included. The hotel too isn't pleasing aesthetically for the price unlike other Best Western's. Don't make them a part of your travel plans guys, save yourself from a bad experience.

    What a bunch of crooks! We booked our room a month in advance through Expedia and when we arrived to check-in, the woman at the front desk told us that we needed to give them an extra $20 or $30 due to a technical issue with Expedia. We asked her to explain the mystery fee and she claimed that an issue arose earlier that morning that caused the prices of their rooms to be listed for lower than the owners would like. Therefore, they somehow felt justified to demand that we pay them more money even though our room was already reserved and paid for in full. We asked how this sudden "technical issue" had any correlation to our booking, considering we paid for our room far prior to the alleged incident. She could not provide a coherent answer and and was acting very suspiciously. She then called the manager/part-owner of this Best Western property (Maneesh) and insisted that we talk to him. Maneesh claimed that they contacted Expedia and Expedia allegedly told them to ask guests for more money when they arrive. This was clearly a lie, as Expedia does not have such a policy. Despite having an entire month to warn us since we booked so far in advance, they made no attempt to notify us of the technical issue and instead decided to hide the information until we checked in that night. Upon asking why we werent notified, Maneesh claimed he was too busy and refused to elaborate. He then began to threaten to cancel our booking unless we just payed them the extra money and insisted that WE were trying to scam them by having paid a "lower price" for the room. Mind you, everyone knows that third party bookings are always cheaper because they offer special promos but because Maneesh and his criminal co-owners were unsatisfied with that, they attempted to scam people and deceive them into paying additional charges. When we handed back the phone to the lady at the front desk, we could clearly overhear her conversation with Maneesh and he blatantly told her to cancel our booking without making any attempt to cooperate or make things right. Rather than trying to sort things out in a civil manner, Maneesh continually resorted to insulting us and implied that we were trying to swindle him. His smug attitude made it very clear that they had no intention of helping us and that they were hoping that we would simply get intimidated and pay the fraudulent fee. The only solution they offered is for us to contact Expedia (at 9pm!) and figure it out ourselves. Even though the "technical issue" was between them and Expedia. Not to mention, we stepped aside to let other guests check-in in the meantime and they also tried to scam the guests behind us who had booked directly through Best Western and had nothing to do with third party booking like us. Save your time and book somewhere else!
