Keep freezing my account. Try to make payments they do not go through by transferring from other accounts. I communicate with them . However Customer service representative are being aggressive about future more so than late payments. The payment are not even one month past due. When I questioned bout my card is lock , they stats that the system is program that way. I am feeling like I am being taunted because of my husband's past relationship with them .

The Florence Branch staff is helpful and kind. I refinanced my vehicle with them for a much lower rate and better warranty coverage. I was also approved for a 10k credit card with a favorable rate. Their website and phone app are user friendly. SPC got recommended by a friend and I would recommend SPC to you.

My money was put into the wrong account on a Friday. I attempted to use my card on Saturday for supplies for my granddaughter's party and it declined in a store full of people. I was really embarrassed and could not contact the bank until Monday. I had to borrow money which was also embarrassing. They asked that I bring my receipt back which took time from work but they found it and transferred for immediate use. Also when I first opened my account I was told it would take less than 30 minutes which turned out to be more than 2 hours. Needless to say that I got in trouble at work. Other than two terrible experiences everyone has been nice and professional.
