        I came into the bank and told both the front desk representative and the customer service (Heather) person who came to greet me that I needed a mortgage. They had me sit in the lobby for an hour and then told me they couldn't do what they had told me to wait for. They were not apologetic or respectful and acted as if I were inconciencing them. I called the main office in Columbia and they transfered me to the Florence branch manager's phone. I was told to leave my name and number on the voicemail of Stacy, which I did. It has now been a week and they have not tried to call me or reach out in any way. However, they did find the time to put a half hearted response on Google.
