My wife & I were so very impressed with the maturity-level and professionalism during the first assessment/physical therapy session, delivered with such excellence, etiquette, and courtesy on October 13th, 2022, by Jordan Reeves. One of the most impressive qualities was the manner in which she involved my Dad, as well as my Mom when needed, in all her decision-making process during the session. Jordan was such a good listener, patient, polite, and certainly delivered uncompromising, personalized customer care that exceeded our expectations. What an asset she is to your organization. My husbands care givers are the best!!!!! They are like family to us. Caring. Understanding. Very concerned. Wouldnt trade them for the world. God bless them.
