This company is working 3 doors up the street from my house. I can last week to them pumping water down the road and flooding everyones driveway. I called to let them know and got no response. The next day I called again and left another voice mail. They didnt care enough to return my phone call.
After 3 straight days I watched my daughter have to park her car sideways and still wade through their water in our driveway. This time I went to the job site to discuss it with them in person however no one on the job site spoke English. No one had a company uniform on, no trucks had company logos or license numbers.
Although I didnt want to, I was forced to call the city. Code enforcement came out right away and told them to stop and come up with a plan to pump the water about 10ft across the street into a storm water container.
They stopped pumping water for 5 days and then just started up again. They have no idea how to get the water across the street.
I used a sump pump, shovel, and broom for over 2 hours to get rid of the water and sand in my driveway just to have them flood us again hours later. I absolutely hate leaving this review but I dont know what else to do.
They obviously dont know what they are doing and definitely have no regard for the residents or city planning officials.

Trying to get an estimate on an inground pool. Waited 10 days for an appointment, which was ok. But they were a no show. Communication .....well what communication. Called and asked where they were...they were lost. Told them how to get to my house....which is not hard. Two hours later nothing. Called back, and person on phone said that she emailed him. Another hour and still no one, no phone call from them, no update....nothing. Call back and girl on phone said I emailed him again. I asked did you call him? Answer: I email him. I asked did you follow up, it's now been 4 hours. Answer: no! Wow! I asked if this is how you build pools? Answer: Don't know what to tell you.
This is not a good start. Think I will go somewhere else!!! Services: Landscape design, Above ground pool installation
