Dakota is awesome! She is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. She spent time helping us resolve an issue with our pool pump. This is the pool store well be using from now on. Highly recommend everyone use this pool store in Myrtle Beach.

Had a problem with our in ground pool liner and these guys came and made it right again. They were polite and on time. Very good customer service. Will use them again if needed. Highly recommend.

We recently had an above ground pool installed. We are very happy with the service and product. We went to many pool places in the area before we ended up at Pools Up. We walked in and Rich was personable, knowledgeable and he actually spoke to us. Other places we went to we went in asked a few questions, every answer was yes, or no. No information, no one seemed to want our business. We ended up at Pools Up by chance. I am happy with every detail so far. We had a slight issue with the settling of our pool because of the endless rain, but Rich sent his team out and they quickly fixed our issue. I'm sure we will be in to buy some products soon. Thank you very much for making 3 young boys very happy!!
