        Ive always called and got what our guys have needed and paid over the phone and the guys picked it up for 5+ years! This morning I drove 45 minutes to this Napa and forgot my card, called the owner he shot me a picture of the card ( never been a problem before) but today its a problem! I literally just done this last week. The manager was so incompetent that he couldnt even make an exception with me standing there and could prove the owner etc. We have spent $1000s at this store in a weeks time but today they have lost our business. Very unprofessional to say the least for management!
