Spencer B, was an excellent rep. He explained everything thoroughly. I hate that window thats in front of him at the register but I understand. Anywho, Spencer answered all my many questions and explained the DropBox and all. Keep up the great work! Everything was cleaned in the uhaul truck. Easy drop off process

NO PROPANE....the other location says online they have it. They don't. Sent us here and they have NONE. Update the website and get it together.

Absolute worse experience ever. First, I signed up to pick up the uhaul at 6 am using self pickup. I got there at 6 and it took an hour for me to retrieve my uhaul with all the questions that could have been done prior to picking up. I had to call the help line because it never gave me the code to the key box to retrieve my key. Once I brought it home, the movers arrived and noticed a lock on the back door. U-Haul forgot to remove the lock and the only way to get it off was to bring the uhaul all the way back to the company. Honestly, overall uhaul made this the worse moving experience ever!!!

This manager profiles her customers and treat certain customers poorly . She lied about van damages when she does not want to rent to you . I rented 3 vans from her location was going to have them long term but I returned them . I had some since last year . None had damage . Yet still she tried to lied to UHaul with me standing there that I brought back a dirty and damage van . A blatant lie . I am a corporate customer and she tried to give a bad impression by lying . I confronted her and she was basically speechless . I had 2 other vans that were not to be returned but I want nothing to do with a person like that so I gladly return them and rent from other stores . We should be better than this but some persons are here in this country profiling and trying to make things hard for some people .
