      image Overcharged for fuel. Rented the truck and drove a total of 12 miles as documented on the receipt. I put 1.5 gallons of gas in the truck. After I dropped it off they charged me $9.50 for 2 more gallons of gas. Really?? 3 & 1/2 gallons for 12 miles??? A RIPOFF!!!

      image Didn't want to give us the van we reserved, asked a bunch of questions about what we were moving which came across as a breach of privacy. Lady before us got her van in less time which made this whole experience weird, uncomfortable and made us feel like we were being interrogated just for renting a van. Guy at the front desk tried to make us use a credit card, didn't see him make anyone else use a credit card either.
