See my last review as well but an additional update because i cant update the old review: Chimex continued sending me invoices stating I owe them money ($50) because they can longer charge my card (they were blocked by my bank). They called me constantly (funny considering you cant get them on the phone ever but conveniently when they want the money they THINK they are owed, their phones work), Im talking daily about this balance. Idk how i have a balance for services i received ONCE but okay. In order to get them to leave me alone, i decided to pay the balance using a money order and confirmed the best address to mail it to. I sent it via certified mail (so i had proof they received it) and received a signed slip back stating it was signed for at confirmed address. I CONTINUED RECEIVING CALLS indicating i had a balance, when i spoke with them i told them i had a signed certified mail receipt which indicates payment was received. They proceeded to tell me they dont know who signed for it and were trying to locate it. I told them to stop calling me and that it was their problem now and blocked their number since it was sent to the address THEY advised me to send it to. I have proof of the money order, mail, etc. Againconsumer bewarethis company is unorganized, unreliable, and has very questionable business practices.

Where begin this is the worst Pest Control company ever. After they begged for me to do business with them because they where a fairly new company we decided to give them a try. The month they charged us for services and they didn't show up to spray until a month later. When they did come after endless calls for service after lying to us saying they did come. They brought the wrong chemicals and the tech said the chemicals they gave him is not for indoor use, and he also said they where a very inexperience company. They continued to pull money for services and never gave us any service. We canceled service with chimex and they still continued to pull money had to call bank and tell them to block them. That was 2years ago today they pulled $500 from our account and changed there routing number so the bank wouldn't recognize there company. My bank is going after them for fraudulent payments stay far away from this company go pay the pros save yourself headaches and time!

I had a very bad experience with this company. You pay your monthly payments every month but they will only come out for quarterly. Then you get it changed to every month for your house to be sprayed and they will send the person out when they want to. When its a month with a holiday, they will take the monthly payment and no one comes out to spray or call to say that since its a holiday and the time that someone is supposed to come out to your house will not be coming. They can either send them early if you know that its a holiday coming up. This company want your monthly payment every month but doesnt want to do there job. I hope and pray other customers get the services that they are paying for . This Company is not for me. I didnt neeed them. Was using them in between the company I been had. I already had another contract with another company since I been in my house.
