I hired them back in March of 2023. Was told that do to starting in March it would show up as application 2 of 8 and that I would have one more in Jan of 2024. Paid them for total applications up front. They never fixed the issue in my yard so I canceled and said I didnt want to renew my services on the portal in December. Have received several emails since then asking me to renew. Now I find out that they are charging me for the application in Jan which would be my 8th application that was already paid for. They did come out because I called them about the same issue with a weed that they just sprayed for and didnt work. I was told that was not extra because they didnt do the entir yard. Now they are trying to say it was part of my 8 applications and amazingly they are not showing that I canceled with them. When we started they said they would have no issues getting my yard back in the 8 applications. After to speaking with so many different techs who tell you something differnet every time they come out, the last one was up front and honest and said no ma'am I would proably have to put sod down in my yard where they sprayed heavly and killed the grass. Its very sad that you trust professionals only to find out that they really are not who they portray themselves to be. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Asked to speak to a manager only to be told they dont come in until around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. Was told they would call me back today. Lets see what happens,
